These terms apply to Dbanq's website and app. Dbanq is operated by Dbanq Ltd, a company in Hong Kong. Dbanq is a financial technology service, not a bank. Please read these terms together with our Privacy Policy and any terms provided for a specific product.
Your account
Provide accurate information and use only accounts, wallets and payment methods you are authorized to control. Keep your Telegram account, devices and authentication methods secure. Use our Contact page promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Account recovery requires ownership checks and is not guaranteed.
Products and eligibility
Dbanq brings together wallets, cards, virtual accounts, QR payments, stablecoin earning strategies and eSIM services. Dbanq is available in all countries except North Korea, Iraq, Iran, Syria, the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Cuba, Ukraine, Russia, Somalia and Burma (Myanmar). Individual products, assets, networks, currencies and limits may still depend on provider support, location and account eligibility. The app shows the options available to you. Identity verification or additional information may be required by the relevant provider.
Service-specific provider agreements also apply. Dbanq works directly with independent partners for card issuing, wallet services and virtual accounts, including supported fiat on-ramp and off-ramp services. Bank transfers, merchant payments, investment strategies and mobile data plans each have their own conditions. A website description or illustration does not guarantee eligibility or availability.
Amounts, fees and authorization
Review the recipient, asset, network, amount, exchange rate, fees and applicable conditions before approval. Quotes may expire and require a new confirmation. Network fees, currency conversion and provider charges may apply. A submitted transfer or order is not necessarily settled or fulfilled.
The USD account view does not mean every stablecoin is always worth one dollar. Wallet holdings, pending transactions, reserved payments and invested funds are distinct. Only amounts identified as available for a particular action can be used for that action.
Stablecoins and wallets
Use the exact asset, network and address shown for a supported route. Blockchain transfers may be irreversible; unsupported assets or incorrect addresses can result in loss. Stablecoins carry issuer, reserve, market, network and depegging risks. Wallet ownership and spending-account funding arrangements depend on the service you use and the disclosures shown before authorization.
Earn with stablecoins
Returns vary, are not guaranteed and capital is at risk. Review the strategy, protocol, asset, network and withdrawal conditions before investing. Invested funds are separate from available spending money. Dbanq does not automatically invest your balance, and product information is not personalized investment advice.
Cards, payments and eSIM
Card authorizations, captures, reversals and refunds follow the applicable card program. QR payment coverage depends on the merchant scheme and location. eSIM plans require a compatible, unlocked device; coverage, validity, activation and refund conditions depend on the selected plan. Review the relevant terms before purchasing.
Responsible use and service access
Do not use Dbanq for unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorized access or interference with the service. We may restrict access where required by law, security concerns or provider requirements. Availability can be affected by maintenance, networks and third-party services. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law gives you.
Changes and contact
