This policy explains how Dbanq Ltd, a company in Hong Kong, handles information when you visit our website, use Dbanq inside Telegram or contact us. We handle personal data under privacy laws that apply to our services and your location. Privacy questions can be sent to legal@dbanq.xyz.
Information we use
Telegram provides signed account information when you open the Mini App, such as your account ID, name, username and language. We use it to verify the session and associate you with the correct Dbanq account. Wallet and authentication services provide account identifiers, wallet addresses and verification results needed to establish ownership and access.
Depending on the product used, we process transaction information, asset and network details, amounts, payment references, order status, delivery information and support correspondence. Identity checks and regulated services may require additional information through the relevant provider. We also process technical information needed to operate and protect the service, such as device and browser information, request metadata and security events.
If you contact us or request information, we use the details you provide to respond. Do not send private keys, passwords or authentication codes in support messages.
Why we process information
We use information to authenticate accounts, show balances and activity, fulfill authorized transactions and orders, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain security, reconcile payments and meet applicable legal obligations. We use the legal basis applicable to the activity and your location, including service delivery, legal obligations, legitimate interests or consent where required.
Providers and sharing
Information required for a service may be shared with the independent provider that delivers it, such as providers for card issuing, wallet services, virtual accounts, fiat on-ramp and off-ramp, stablecoin routing, QR payments, mobile data and stablecoin earning strategies. Use of a provider depends on the product enabled for your account. Provider privacy notices and product terms also apply.
Hosting, communications and security providers may process information to help operate Dbanq. We may disclose information where required by law or to investigate misuse and protect users. Providers may process information in countries outside your own.
On this website, Cloudflare hosts and secures the site and measures overall traffic with cookie-free web analytics, and Resend delivers the emails sent from our forms and newsletter, including the confirmation email that asks you to confirm a subscription before you are added to a list. The booking form on the Partners page is provided by Cal.com; it loads only when you choose to book a conversation, and Cal.com’s own privacy practices apply to what you enter there.
Public blockchains and external links
Wallet addresses and blockchain transaction records can be publicly visible. Public blockchain records may remain available even if a Dbanq account is closed. Social links and other external websites are governed by their own privacy practices.
Storage and security
We use access controls and other safeguards appropriate to the information and service. Authentication providers handle sensitive wallet and signing operations under their own security arrangements. No system can guarantee absolute security.
We retain information for the time needed to provide services, resolve disputes, maintain financial and security records and comply with legal requirements. Retention differs by information type and obligation; closing an account does not necessarily require immediate deletion of every record.
Cookies, preferences and your choices
Services may use cookies or device storage for authentication, security and preferences. Your browser and device settings can control storage, but blocking required storage may affect functionality. Optional communications can be declined or unsubscribed from using the instructions provided with them.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, or exercise other privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity, and some requests are limited by legal obligations or the nature of public blockchain records. Send requests to legal@dbanq.xyz.
Policy updates
We update this policy when our services or data practices change. The revised date appears above. We provide additional notice where applicable law requires it.
