Before you buy

You need an unlocked, eSIM-compatible phone. Check your phone’s compatibility first, then compare plans for the destination or region you need.

  • Coverage for where you are going.
  • Data allowance and validity.
  • Price and payment requirements.
  • Activation rules for the plan.
  • Whether the plan is data-only, and top-up and refund terms.

Installing your eSIM

  1. Make sure your phone has internet access.
  2. Open the installation details in Dbanq after your order is fulfilled.
  3. Follow the QR code or the manual setup instructions.

Your installation details are personal. Keep the QR code to yourself, the same way you would a SIM card.

Installing is not activating

Installation and activation are separate steps. Installing adds the eSIM to your phone; activation follows the plan’s own rules, and validity runs from there. Check the activation rules before you install, so the plan starts when you need it.

Check compatibility, coverage, activation and validity before you buy.
