Travel partner offers: what to check before you book

Dbanq brings partner offers for nomad insurance, flights, private aviation, accommodation and more into one app. Each partner sets its own price, coverage and terms. Here is what to check before you book.

What partner offers are

Partner offers are services from third parties, such as nomad insurance, flights, private aviation and accommodation. Dbanq selects the partners and shows their offers in the app, but each partner provides its own service and sets its own price, coverage and terms. Dbanq may earn a commission.

Check these before you book

  • Which partner provides the service.
  • The price, and how you can pay.
  • What is covered, and what is not.
  • The partner’s conditions for changes, cancellations and refunds.

Insurance: read the policy

For nomad insurance, check where and when you are covered, what the policy includes and excludes, and how to make a claim. The partner’s policy documents set what is covered, so read them rather than relying on a summary.

Paying your way

Where the partner allows, you can pay with your Dbanq balance or cards. Check the amount and the payment option before you confirm, and keep the partner’s confirmation for your records.

Confirm only when the details are right.

Planning the rest of the trip

Arrange mobile data with an eSIM before you go, and pay locally with Dbanq cards or QR payments where they are supported.

About our guides.
