About Dbanq
Is Dbanq a bank?
No. Dbanq is a financial technology app, not a bank. It does not take deposits or lend out your money: your coins stay in your own non-custodial wallet. Cards and virtual accounts are provided with independent partners under their own terms, and a USD valuation of your coins is not a bank balance.
What is Dbanq?
Dbanq is a private Super App for your money, inside Telegram. Hold coins in a non-custodial wallet, swap them, use named USD ACH/wire accounts with onramps and offramps, pay by card or QR, earn yields, buy gold and silver, and get eSIM data and partner offers for your trips.
How does Dbanq make money?
Dbanq earns from fees on its services, such as the wallet, swaps, QR payments, cards, onramps and offramps, gold and silver, and Earn, and from commissions on partner offers. The app shows every fee before you approve. We never sell your personal data.
Who provides the cards and accounts?
Independent partners issue the cards and provide the virtual accounts, eSIM plans and partner offers, each under its own terms. Dbanq brings them together in one app and shows the terms before you apply or buy.
Does Dbanq use or invest my money?
No. Dbanq cannot move your coins without your approval and does not lend or invest your balance. Money goes into Earn or gold and silver only when you choose, and it stays separate from what you can spend.
When does Dbanq launch?
Dbanq is planned to launch in Q1 2027. Leave your email in the sign-up box at the bottom of any page to hear first when it goes live.
Why is Dbanq inside Telegram?
Dbanq runs as a Super App inside Telegram, so there is no app to install and no separate sign-up form. You open it from Telegram, and your Telegram account and devices help keep your access secure.
Where is Dbanq available?
Dbanq is not offered in North Korea, Iraq, Iran, Syria, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Cuba, Somalia and Burma (Myanmar), or anywhere using it would breach sanctions or local law. Cards, accounts and Earn have their own country rules, and the app shows the options open to you.
Do I need to know about crypto to use Dbanq?
No. Dbanq explains each step in plain words and shows the amount, rate and fees before you approve. The app tells you which coin and network to use, and our blogs explain each product.
How do I create an account?
There is no separate sign-up form. When Dbanq launches, open it in Telegram and set up your wallet in a few steps. Some products, such as cards and virtual accounts, ask for an identity check by the provider that offers them, and the app tells you what is needed first.
Wallet and security
What does non-custodial mean?
You hold the keys to your wallet, not Dbanq. Dbanq cannot move your coins without your approval, and you approve every payment and transfer yourself.
Are my funds covered by deposit insurance?
No. Coins in your wallet are not bank deposits, so bank deposit insurance does not cover them. Because the wallet is non-custodial, they stay under your control, not Dbanq’s. Coins can lose value, so only hold what you are comfortable with.
What if I lose my phone?
Access to your wallet comes from your sign-in and the recovery methods you set up in the app. Set them up as soon as you open Dbanq, and keep your Telegram account and devices secure. If you lose access, contact our team.
How do I keep my account safe?
Never share your private keys, recovery phrase or login codes with anyone. Dbanq will never ask for them. Check every detail before you approve a payment, and protect your Telegram account with two-step verification.
Is my personal data private?
Yes. We never sell your personal data, and we use it only to run Dbanq and meet our legal obligations. Our Privacy Policy explains the details.
Coins and networks
Which networks does Dbanq support?
EVM networks (Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, BNB Chain and Avalanche), Solana, Sui, Aptos, Bitcoin, Tron and TON. The Products page shows each network with its coins.
Which coins and tokens are supported?
The stablecoins USDT and USDC on most networks, plus each network’s own coin: ETH, BNB, POL, AVAX, SOL, SUI, APT, BTC, TRX and TON. The app always shows which coins you can use for each action.
Which coins can I use on each network?
EVM networks (Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, BNB Chain and Avalanche): USDT, USDC, ETH, BNB, POL and AVAX. Solana: USDT, USDC and SOL. Sui and Aptos: USDT, USDC, SUI and APT. Bitcoin: BTC. Tron and TON: USDT, TRX and TON. Not every coin is on every network in a group, and the app shows exactly what each network supports.
What do EVM, SVM and Move mean?
They are families of blockchains that work in a similar way. EVM networks, such as Ethereum and Base, share one address format. SVM is Solana, and Move covers Sui and Aptos. Bitcoin, Tron and TON each work in their own way. Always pick the exact network, not just the family, before you send.
Wallet: what can I hold and transfer?
Hold many coins, including USDT and USDC, in a non-custodial wallet on EVM, SVM, Move, Bitcoin, Tron and TON chains. Select the asset and network to see transfer instructions. Token support varies by network. Use the exact asset, network and address shown; unsupported transfers can result in loss. Network charges may apply.
What if I send coins on the wrong network?
Blockchain transfers usually cannot be reversed, and coins sent on the wrong network or to an unsupported address can be lost. Always choose the coin and the network first, then use the exact address Dbanq shows for them.
How long do transfers take?
Most transfers on one network complete within minutes. Bitcoin transfers and cross-chain swaps can take longer. Until a transfer completes, it shows as pending.
Swaps: how do they work?
Choose the coin and network you have, and the coin and network you want. Dbanq finds a route, on the same chain or across chains, and shows the rate, fees and estimated time before you approve. Rates can move until the swap completes, and a cross-chain swap can take a few minutes. Until it arrives, the amount shows as pending.
Accounts, payments and cards
Virtual accounts: how do bank transfers, onramps and offramps work?
Dbanq gives you named virtual ACH/wire accounts in USD, plus onramps and offramps between fiat and stablecoins. Check the transfer details, rates and fees in the app, and follow the instructions before you send a transfer.
Can I move money between Dbanq and my bank?
Yes. Receive USD by ACH or wire into your named virtual account, and use onramps and offramps to move between fiat and stablecoins. Check the transfer details, rates and fees in the app before you send.
QR payments: where can I scan and pay?
Pay with stablecoins at local QR merchants across Asia, Africa and Latin America. Review the merchant, amount, exchange rate and fees, then confirm. Coverage depends on the QR scheme and country. Check the payment status: submitted or pending does not mean completed.
Cards: which options are available?
Virtual, plastic and metal cards work wherever Visa is accepted, with Apple Pay and Google Pay. Card options depend on your country and issuing program. Check card types, funding, limits and fees before applying. Delivery and identity checks vary by program. Wallet and card balances can have different funding requirements.
Which coins can I spend by card?
Card payments use USDC. Dbanq shows which balances count towards your card spending power, and you can swap other coins to USDC first.
Account: how do my balances work?
Dbanq is a financial technology app, not a bank. A USD valuation of your coins is not a separate fiat balance. Wallet funds, card balances, pending payments and investments remain distinct. Not every coin or network can be used by card, so what you hold is shown apart from what you can spend by card. Check the balance available for your chosen action. Product eligibility depends on your location, provider and applicable checks.
Earn, gold & silver and travel
Earn: how do yield products work?
Earn offers yields on digital assets through 20+ vault protocols, and gold and silver have their own yields under Gold & silver. Available strategies differ by asset, network and eligibility. Review variable rates, fees, risks and withdrawal terms before investing. Dbanq does not automatically invest your balance; invested funds remain separate from money available to spend.
Gold & silver: what can I access?
Buy, hold and spend physical gold and silver, and earn yields on your holdings. Check prices, fees, risks and withdrawal terms before you choose.
eSIM: how do I get connected abroad?
Data plans are available in 150+ countries. Compare coverage, data, validity, price and activation rules before buying. Use an unlocked, eSIM-compatible phone and internet access to install. Follow the QR or manual setup instructions after fulfillment. Installation and activation are separate; validity follows the plan’s rules. Check payment requirements, data-only service, top-ups and refund terms.
Can I use Dbanq when I travel?
Yes. Pay by card wherever Visa is accepted, scan supported merchant QR codes in Asia, Africa and Latin America, and buy eSIM data plans for 150+ countries before you go.
Partner offers: what are they?
Partner offers are services from third parties, such as insurance, flights and private aviation, hotels, and health and wellness products. Each partner sets its own price, coverage and terms, and Dbanq may earn a commission. Review the partner’s terms before you book.
Fees and support
Fees: what will I pay?
Costs depend on the product, route and provider. Check applicable fees, network costs and exchange rates before proceeding. Dbanq does not promise fixed returns or a universal zero-fee rate.
